James Brown is an amazing attorney and has the best staff in town! He has represented both us on our own real estate transaction (as our attorney when we purchased a home) as well as our company clients for title and escrow. He and his staff keep everyone informed throughout the process. We have worked with Mr. Brown and his staff on foreclosure defense, short sales, regular real estate closings, leases and trusts. He gives an honest opinion to allow the best decision to be made. We highly recommend Mr. Brown and his services - we wish we could give him a 6 star but this site only allows for 5!

On my last real estate transaction with this firm not only did they do as promised, they negotiated a much lower rate for the transaction than I expected. When the sale was complete, they sent me a refund for some of the fees because it took less time than anticipated. All of the office personnel is knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get back to me about anyone my questions.

We used Jim Brown's office to help us through the process of buying a new house. We couldn't have gotten through it (at least with our sanity still in tact) without Jim and his team (THANKS RUTI). They were the calm in the storm, knowledgable, practical / solution-driven and communicated with us with each step of the way. James Brown has been our Attorney for many years. I was his good work and that of his excellent staff we were able to sell our house in West Palm Beach after we moved to Ocala, Fl.. He helped with our legal problems with many things both in W.P.B. and up here in Ocala. My husband and I kept him even after we moved because he is just that kind of person that makes you comfortable and at ease. After my husband passed away he was there to help with any problems.
