I don’t normally write reviews but I was so impressed by Troy Klein and his legal team, I felt compelled to encourage anyone looking for not just a good legal team but a great one, I must say Troy Klein hands down is the best. He is dedicated, knowledgeable and pays attention to details, his easy going personality kept me confident and at ease during a very stressful divorce and custody battle. Words cannot express the deep gratitude I have for Mr Klein, his support and expertise in the law. For the past five years I have had this enormous almost unbearable stress, knowing that my ex did not have my best interest at heart. I had failing health and ended up on disability and had to close my business of 27 years. In my mental state of health during the disability and divorce I had unknowingly signed a “non modifiable” divorce final decree which was done through a mediator and not an attorney. After 2 years I paid my alimony till I had no more money left. I could not have the alimony amount changed because of the non-modifiable clause. My ex continued to keep trying to put me in jail because I could no longer support the alimony. I lost hope and could not see the light at the end of the tunnel. If I did not have the support from my current wife, I would have been living under a bridge or committed suicide. In the beginning of the alimony judgement lawsuit I had hired an attorney which did absolutely nothing for me in 3 years and almost let me go to jail because of his lack of organization, knowledge and “desire” to help me (in my opinion) and the case went into a criminal contempt lawsuit. At that point my current wife stepped in and hired Mr Klein just over a year ago. Mr Klein was very attentive to details right from the beginning and I could tell there was a genuine virtue and compassion for what he does. He brought out details of the case that the old attorney never did or could think of or come even close to addressing!!! When it came to the final “criminal” hearing, I was absolutely blown away with the skillset and preparedness for the three-hour court hearing!! Mr Klein (with no other assistants present) defense was so airtight that he had left the opposing council of four practically bumbling around like amateurs. Mr Klein defended and turned around all the opposing counsel's tricks and acts to twist the truth around every time as well as presenting the laws and rights (family & criminal) of the defendant that required a higher level of expertise and knowledge of this area of law. Mr Klein was solid, strong & confident and had every issue handled smoothly and spot on and brought out the real truth in each & every situation. Mr Klein is one of a kind!…which allowed us to win the case!
