Seemed that I was always chasing him for answers and updates. Made promises he didn't keep. Didn't respond to my phone calls. Had to get another attorney to complete my legal issues.

On January 21, 2010 I was arrested for child abuse when I got into an argument with my baby's mother, while she was holding our child. She claimed that I hit her and since she was holding our baby the police came and arrested me for Child Abuse and Domestic Battery. Upon the recommendation of a former client, I immediately hired John Riordan. John immediately sent a letter to the State Attorney advising that under Florida Law the State could not support charges of Child Abuse. The State had no choice but to drop the felony charge and "No Filed" the Child Abuse charge and moved forward on the misdemeanor Domestic Battery. For over a year this case was fought hard and aggressive and ultimately, we were able to get the Domestic Battery charges dropped too.

I have used John for several issues over the last few years. Most recently John handled a civil lawsuit in Federal Court for my company. He skillfully negotiated a settlement that resolved the suit and saved my company.

He was very helpful kept me informed throughout the whole process and was always respectful
