My name is Christopher and recently I was in need of a lawyer where I received the ticket for failure to register my motor vehicle. I contacted the office of Weinstein legal and was put in touch with Matthew Shafran. Between his assistant Jocelyn and Matthew himself I instantly felt relief all my worries were gone they took care of everything. I didn't even have to go to court they took care of everything while I was at work still making money I'm an electrician but just like everyone else I can't afford to miss a day of work and he made sure I didn't and the end result he had the case completely dismissed. I will always recommend Matthew Shafran at Weinstein legal he is a fantastic lawyer and his word is good he doesn't put you off like other lawyers I've used in the past he was there every time I called if I left a message he immediately called me back he's just an all-around great guy and a fantastic lawyer and his assistant Jocelyn is irreplaceable they're a fantastic team and if you ever need a lawyer that's who I would call and that's who I will always call

April 1, 2022 the FBI showed up at my home and I immediately called Weinstein Legal because of the relationship I had with Justin. Per Justin he trusts Matt Shafran with his life so to me it was a no brainer to bring Matt who then brought Aaron Cohen on board to fight a Federal case in the Greensboro, NC district. They showed up for me on this day and seemed to be there for me throughout the process. While going through the legal system I was informed of the process and what Aaron and Matt felt was in my best interest.There were times I did not agree with comments, second guessed and informed the attorneys of everything that was happening throughout the process. I continued to put my trust and faith in Aaron and Matt and was open with every aspect of my life inside and out because I wanted the best resolution for myself and family. I was told my story would be told. I was told what the best and worst case scenario could be and always knew that based on the actions I took I would face a judge and anything can happen. Well anything and everything did happen. I was hit with the maximum penalty in every aspect of the case. My story was not told in court, I along with my families voice were taken away and the judges opening statement of "im confused" left myself and family in shock knowing that not much fighting was done for me. In the end so much information has come out after the sentence was handed down that the proper calls weren't made, the right people weren't spoking too, my counsel has been recently reprimanded by the Florida Bar and now I sit here in shambles having to appeal and have this case fought because of misrepresentation This was my experience. It wasn't a good outcome, the work being done was anything but the work that needed to be done. There was opportunity and it just seemed to be attorneys that were completely out of there league but it was the aftermath of hostility that has really put the worst taste in my mouth as it just seems they took my money and ran with no real work being done because of the early agreement with the FBI

Getting a ticket can be very frustrating but having the right attorney handle it makes everything so much easier. Attorney Matt Shafran got my ticket dismissed and no points on my license. His assistant Jocelyn is extremely helpful and kept me updated along the way. I would highly recommend using Matt and his team for any criminal defense needs.

I honestly don't think enough good things can be said about Matthew Shafren at Weinstine legal. Being that I live in New Jersey, the only thing I could do was look up attorneys through Google take my chances and man am I glad I chose Matt. I had to drive down and turn myself in on a warrent from 2019 and he had my back every step of the way. Between keeping my family informed while I was in, to making sure I had the best outcome possible, getting me out quickly and making sure I kept my CDL. He delivered perfectly!
