First time I used Mr. Novell, I was facing a speeding ticket along with a following to closely ticket issued by the same officer that pulled me over three months earlier for an over 30MPH over the limit! I showed up late for that court date so I was found guilty in absence. How Mr. Novell got these new citations resolved with not points or school and very low fines was simply amazing. Has represented me two more times since with good results. Money well spent if you consider just how much I have saved in insurance in the past five years. Incredible return on my investment! The judge overlooked an additional citation that was issued and had ruled in my favor regarding one of the citations. Mr. Norvell promptly advised the judge of the additional citation. If he had not been so prompt as he was an additional hearing would have had to be set. This would have further congested an already strained court system.
