I have known Mr. Norvell for many years and have seen what he is capable of however the last few years he doesn't give the same commitment. I made the mistake of paying him in full for my case upfront. What my husband and I were promised is complete opposite of what I ended up with. The judge didn't even agree to what I was presented with and asked twice to make sure. Nothing was done on my case for 3 years accept for it to be prolonged. I also referred him to family members thinking that maybe he just got in over his head with my case. He lied to them took money from them and did absolutely nothing to help or check on their situation. He allowed her to get arrested then said he can't help and doesn't give money back.... I suggest finding someone that will put time and effort into your case! He has gotten really bad at contacting you which makes it stressful trying to track him down and get answers. When you do get him he rushes you off the phone. My family also reached out to him in hopes that we can fix this mess and do a sentence modification. He said he would make some calls and never heard back..... hate to leave this but don't want other families to suffer the way mine has.
