I can't recommend Mr. Ashgar enough. He assisted my wife and I in obtaining her permanent residence over the last year and a half. Through the application process he was always available to answer my questions and walk me through the sometime confusing steps required to legally immigrate to this country. My wife obtained her residency 2 weeks ago and I feel that if wasn't for Mr. Ashgar that would not have been possible. Please do not hesitate in using his services. He is a very knowledge attorney and will not let you down.

I was very fortunate to have been directed to the Law Office of Roger P. Foley for my case to terminate my Probation early. As in all Court procedures a person can not leave anything to risk with proper logistics of paperwork and logistics of proper procedures that could go unnoticed in the Court Process. For my case to have my Probation terminated 2 and half years early Mr. Foley sat down with me and explained thoroughly what could take place and how to proceed in any scenario. In my case everything went as planned and my probation was terminated within 2 weeks and two and half years early. I went to Mr Asgar in order to assist me in obtaining my citizenship. He was very attentive and had a lot of patience. I lived in Broward County when I first started the process and he showed up to the first interview with me. I moved to Palm Beach County and USCIS sent my file to the belvedere office. I was beyond frustrated at this point. I had a second interview set up because of the Broward location. Then covid 19 started. USCIS called and pushed back the date. I was frustrated at this point and I was ready to give the dream of getting my citizenship. Mr Asgar never gave up. This month I received a rescheduled date finally. Asgar came with me to that interview as well. He told me that I would get it. I became a citizen last week! MR ASGAR IS THE RIGHT PERSON TO ASSIST YOU! You will not regret it.
