I met Mr.Asghar during an initial office consultation 3 years ago after my previous immigration attorney fell to once again present a convincing case to one of the toughest immigration judge at the time , witch denied my stay and ordered my deportation without regards . After taking my case Mr.Asghar wrote a very compelling brief and successfully filed an appeal and months later I was granted for a new hearing . Once the new hearing date was scheduled Mr. Asghar worked with me on my preparation , which even included the Sunday afternoon just prior to my Monday court date . After almost 20 years going to court and always been denied the right to stay , it become very stressful and self defeating to me but Mr. Asghar never let me give up and pushed me to fight with him at all cost and although difficult , I felt confident because my attorney was very well prepared and he really new all aspects of my case and when the time came he was there to support me in court . On Monday April 8th 2019 I was finally granted the waiver to permanently stay in US and I can't thank enough Mr. Asghar and his wonderful secretary Jenifer for what they did to help me achieve when no one els could .

Roger P. Foley was recommended to me by a friend for doing a great job with his criminal case. Upon meeting Foley myself I saw that he is a very kind, and professional lawyer. His warm personality combined with great sense of humor was exactly the type of lawyer I needed to calm my nerves and get on the right path to be on track again. Very knowledgeable professional staff. I was searching for a lawyer who would understand my situation and that did not think about the money first but had my interest as first priority.
