I highly recommend Mr James Cunha for any divorce/custody related issues. Very intelligent, organized, easy going and straight to the point. You will never be disappointed if you hire this office for your case.

I don't normally write reviews, but I am hoping that I may help someone else in my situation who is in search of finding the right divorce attorney. Mr. Cunha is an amazing attorney. I had a consultation with him after I had retained another lawyer who painted a very grim picture and wasn't helpful. I had gone through a lot of money over an 8 month period with no results and desperately needed new representation. After meeting Mr. Cunha there wasn't a doubt in my mind that he was the right person to represent me. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made. He is extremely sharp, a good listener, compassionate, and so dedicated to his work. My situation was extremely complicated, and he worked diligently throughout the entire process to help me. He never lost his patience with me no matter how many questions I had. It really meant a lot to know that I had hired an attorney I could trust during such a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Cunha to anyone needing a divorce attorney.

Finding a competent, trustworthy lawyer is a daunting and difficult process under any circumstances, and in Florida (especially after some exposure to the legal system around here) I assumed it would be a near impossibility. Mr. Skier completely changed my perspective. Mr. Skier actually seemed to CARE that I was innocent...already a pleasant surprise coming from a lawyer. He not only far exceeded my wildest expectations in terms of an outcome, he went so far above and beyond mery doing the job he was paid for. He explained every step of the legal process (i.e. options, potential risks, possible results) and offered his opinion on a course of action without being heavy handed or attempting to sway me.
