I was facing having to pay back a substantial amount of money to Florida unemployment due to no fault of mine. I hired Mr. Schofield to help me fight this. After sharing many documents & speaking to him many times we decided to proceed with the hearing to adjudicate my case. He counciled me on the procedures and felt that I had a good chance of winning. The hearing took place via phone, questions asked & answered. The adjucator ruled in my favor so I do not have to pay money back to Florida unemployment.
