It was the best thing I could’ve ever done, as the sellers had not one but two different attorneys representing them. One from up north and one out of Miami. Stefan went way out of his way and far above what our conversations were to make sure the property closed and I was well protected as the seller remains on as the tenant. He always stayed in touch with me and would call me in the latter part of the afternoons to make sure everything was on schedule.
