As a real estate agent for 20 years, I find Stefan Sinn to be extremely responsive and detailed, without over lawyering to kill the deal. Gives the realtor and the buyer different options, and lets them make an educated decision. Follows up before all deadlines. I highly recommend Stefan!

Mr. Sinn was essential to my successful closing. I hired him to represent me as buyer on a foreosure / REO property. The sellers title company was clearly working for the seller and did not have my interest in mind at all. If I would have depended on their work I likely would have lost my entire investment with no recourse provided due to their attempted forced addendums to the contract. Mr. Sinn not only ensured i was properly represented but was responsive, detailed and accurate in all his work. Stefan did a remarkable job on the closing of a condo purchase. Without his expertise and dogged determination the closing would have taken several weeks longer. Additionally, after the close he is attempting to confirm the legality of HOA fees associated with the closing. His conduct was exemplary and I have no reservations about recommending him.
