Called the ticket clinic with an improper left turn ticket, Deal from the court was 163 fine and traffic school no points, The ticket clinic are supposed to be pro's right? They charged 99 dollars and got 263 fine and traffic school required, they don't stand behind their guarantee. Don't waste your time or money with them

I wish I can give them ZERO STAR. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. All posts here are from people they try to make you believe their cases are dismissed. Even cases are dismissed, you have to pay the court fee, which is the same or more than the fees charged for your violation. NEVER TRUST ANY SERVICE FROM HERE. LAWYERS ARE AWFUL. EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICES ARE BAD. Their services are not worth a penny, find a trusted traffic lawyer if you can, except those from the Ticket Clinic

Joseph LoRusso'a office is one of the best team of legal practitioners to help with a Car Accident. While explaining all my options, they were efficient in their work and helped me with my settlement case. ABSOLUTLY AMAZING!!!!!! I recently got my very first ticket, doing a traffic violation which I believe wasn't justified so for 89 dollars I went to the ticket clinic, and let me tell you that was the best decision of my life! They got my ticket completely dismissed!!!!!! No court fees, no points on my license! My insurance wont go up and if I ever get pulled over again it wont even show that I've ever gotten pulled over! As you can tell I HIGHLY RECCOMEND The Ticket Clinic!

Paid them for a ticket, they lost the case..and DID NOT notify me that it happened. Now, 11.5 months later I am trying to renew my tags but am finding out I have a suspended license now as a result of NOT paying a traffic fine(what I originally paid the ticket clinic to fight for me), and now will be charged with roughly $150 in extra charges. I called the ticket clinic, they said they mailed a letter, which I did not receive. I asked why they could not call me to notify me of the lost case, they said(a female) ****IT IS NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO NOTIFY ALL CLIENTS OF CASE RESULTS**** For THAT,...I would not recommend anyone do business with them,...as apparently I wasn't important enough(me, their client) to notify of the case situation, what makes you think you will be?
