I cannot say enough great comments about Joel and his team who worked with me and my family to correct a driving with a suspended license charge. This charge was very important since it could have impacted my scholarships and my future. Joel delivered as promised and worked hard daily to answer all of our questions. DWI and failure to obey traffic device (red light) causing a motor vehicle crash with no injuries Joel was the best he always explained what was gonna happen in the court room that day which put me at ease because I had never been in court before . He got my charges reduced to reckless driving which resulted in me having to just pay court fees and restitution witch means I basically pay to fix the damage on the vehicle in the accident, he also got me a year to pay that as well Thanx for everything Joel

I had a case in palm beach county and catsh another case in monroe county while in bond in palm beach. My court date in palm beach was 7 day before the one in monroe county. The state attorney found out about the second case and revoke my bond in palm beach one day before my date in court. I had to go in and wait my trial, however, Mr. mumford walked in to the court room and successfully stop everything. He's a great attorney. And I will recommend him to any one in any type of cases. I hired Mr. Mumford to defend my son in a very serious matter. It appeared that there was a lot of evidence against my son, but Joel refused to accept the State's Offer and looked into every possible area of the case looking for a way to get him out of trouble. Finally, Joel was able to find a legal issue that could be used to dismiss the case. The State still refused to do so. Joel then got the officer in the case to come in, testify, and help prove that my son wasn't guilty of the charges. At this point the State then agreed to drop all the charges. I was willing to accept that in some cases if there is a lot of evidence then there just isn't any option. But Joel refused to do that until he had looked at every single option and issue and it paid off. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a lawyer that knows the law and knows when to keep pushing to get the best result possible!!

I DO NOT recommend Joel if you have a BAC higher than 0.15. He will not do anything to help you just take you to reckless driving conviction. I felt like I never had a lawyer fighting for me
