Amazing customer service. Handled my ticket issue in a timely manner. No followup on my part required! Case dismissed!

Quick and excellent work! Took away all the hassle

I had a hard time getting connected to the correct office but once i did they received all of my stuff then they were able to process everything. They handled my ticket and I got no points, no more fee and it was very convent!!

worst service. I had a clean license never had a ticket got two i went to them, they did absolutely nothing for me. Not only that but the people were very rude over the phone and do not understand customer service at all. The lawyers i met from there had no idea what they were doing

I received an email concerning my ticket and part of it stated: We are pleased to inform you that the court withheld adjudication. No points were assessed and no conviction will appear on your record But guess what, little did I know my ticket was non criminal, no points and did not require a court appearance. Besides paying them 89.99 for nothing I still have to my ticket for 166.00 I emailed them my information and nothing was explained to me. I called them several times to get my money back and they never returned my calls. Very poor customer service.
