On February 24, 2015 my wife and I, had a closing on an investment house we sold to Mr. & Mrs. Robert and Carol Mallett . As we were planning on our closing in the usual manner, we closed on this property in a spur of the moment change! We went with a Real Estate Attorney , Mr.Ed Walker. In the past, some other investment properties that sold from our investment portfolio , were handled through a title company.Basically it went smooth, except for one irritating issue! The title company assigned to us , one of their in house closing specialists, Each time we had a question, it was always answered the exact same way. " Oh !
