Lindsay was recommended to me by my divorce attorney under pressing circumstances. Lindsay acted swiftly and worked with me on the sale of my house. Because of her due diligence she uncovered issues that could have severely impacted the closing which probably would have resulted in losing the buyer. On top of all that she saved me a considerable amount of money on the closing and which almost made her fees a wash. I cannot imagine going thorough this experience without the council of Lindsay.

Mrs. Demmery recently helped me with a complicated sale of a commercial building. It involved a difficult situation (family) that could have put the sale and then the proceeds from the sale in jeopardy.
