Mr Jacobson assisted our family with achieving desirable results against our mortgage company. We found him to be knowledgeable and effective. We own a property with over 70% equity and during an approved covid related forbearance- our mortgage company attempted to falsely report inaccuracies to my credit and expedite a foreclosure- while adding an additional $36,000 in made up fees and an additional $12,000 in unnecessary legal fees. Even refusing to accept any payments🤔😳😱🤯 I was 6-7 months pregnant and they didnt care. They would not listen. They would not review paperwork showing that they were in the wrong. They really tried to steal our home from our family. We contacted Mr. Jacobson. He began filing things immediately on our behalf, communicating with opposing council. Ultimately we came to an agreement. Just because its was horrifyingly emotional. We had to be prepared not get 100% of what we felt we deserved. Jake has represented us several times for different legal matters over the years. Fair Pricing, navigating from evicting unruly tenants trying to squat in our homes, disrespectful neighbors, forcelosure avoidance- to filtering prospects and eventually drafting the terms and note for seller financing opportunities on our clients properties. Recently, I will not say which builder we had a major issue with but, I will say they have a reputation for always getting what they want, with hundreds of thousands of dollars of our CASHMONEY on the line.
