My experience with Mr. Braxton was very positive. From the beginning of my case the professionalism, instruction and knowledge was clear and communicated very well. While going through the process I always had reassurance from Mr. Braxton. Knowing you have someone on your side during a difficult time is a great feeling. Leo and the other staff members were always there to answer any questions and give direction. My case was ultimately dismissed due to the work of Mr. Braxton and his staff. I am very thankful Mr Mike Braxton, Ms Leo Galis, and Mr Andrew Parks from Parks and Braxton P.A. firm for handling my case. I came to Parks and Braxton with several counts against me in the same night: 1. DUI Impairment (that night I refused field sobriety test and BAC breathalyzer test), 2. Driving with license suspended (was charged with a felony by the police officer on this one), 3. Speeding at 73 in a 45, and 4. Expired registration. Andrew Parks, one of the owner partners, was the reason I went with Parks and Braxton PA for my case. The amount of attention and care he showed for my case when I first presented it to them was exceptional. Once I hired them their team went to work. Ms Leo Galis contacted me the following business day to go over critical moves needed from my part within the first five business days after the event. I was able to get back my drivers license, and Leo worked with me throughout my case. Here are my results: DUI reduced to reckless, 2. felony charge reduced to misdemeanor on the suspended license, 3. other misc tickets dropped. Got DUI in Orlando area. After 28 years of spotless military service was at a loss as what to do. Never even had a traffic ticket. Class service , down to earth dude is Michael and is 100 percent with you. Took the time to get lots of details and I was well guided between him and his secretary . We got the case dismissed and never even had to attend court after being falsely accused of a DUI. He also helped out with a ticket I had previously which I didn’t even ask for him to do but he was decent enough to take care of it for me . Fingers crossed I don’t, but if I’m ever in the situation again I won’t be looking any further than Parks and Braxton.
