I’ve been actually a client of my own law firm! I had a food poisoning case, where we alleged that a restaurant in the Florida Keys failed to meet applicable standards in maintaining their food. As a result, I was in the hospital for several days with severe nausea and stomach pain. The incident ruined a long anticipated vacation with my wife.
