Lani is always courteous and kind. She goes above and beyond on any task ask of her. She is humble in saying it’s due to the support system of her Firm. I can see why she loves working with a great group. However, I believe it is her work ethic and commitment to excellence that sets her above all the rest.

As most know, any litigation is extremely stressful. We never choose our situation but unfortunately life happens. Not only are they a great team at Gold Law, they, really care about their staff. Why should that matter? When the staff is happy it rolls down to how they treat their clients. They take the time to explain things and with all the changes that have been dictated by the state, they stay on top of everything and take the time to explain why they need to do what they are doing. Lani Weir, my paralegal, is super organized and she is always available to talk. I originally made a HUGH mistake, and I went with one of the Biggest in the business after they treated me like just a number, billed for some bogus expenses (like billing for long distance calls...(NO ONE gets charged for long distance calls, even if they did, I NEVER heard of long distance calls from one county to another within the SAME STATE) and absurd copying costs, I ended up switching to Gold Law) I can say from experience they treat you like you are a human; they do address your questions and always get back to you in a very timely manner.

My decision to contact Gold-Law to help with my situation was likely one of the best I have made. From the very beginning communication channels were open and EVERY question answered timely and professionally. Alyse and Kelly never once hesitated to call, e-mail or text me, always keeping me apprised of the status and when necessary, worked diligently with me to coordinate office visits that considered my time as a priority.
