Anyone going through this process understands how emotionally draining it can become. Jon Wald made all the difference for me. He explained everything clearly and honestly. Mr. Friedman handled my workers compensation case during the past four years. He represented me against Comcast and always had my best interest at heart. He went over and above to help knowing this pain is real and that I needed help and still needs help. He never stop to seek assistants to get me the help I need . A real RIP OFF and SCAM. I had to fire him because he kept asking for more money and was making derogatory comments towards my hispanic ex-husband which I didn't like. He would want to work with someone who is racist? If you can trust the person that is working for you on a family case, then you shouldn't hire him. In addition, he would never return my calls and whenever I send him an email his paralegal didn't have a clue about the case, so he would call me and then few weeks later, he would charge me for that call which it was supposed to be a free update about my case, at least via email, but no he wouldn't even do that. Very arrogant person and I'm glad that I fired him and got to hire a nicer person that will not try to destroy my family, but resolve things peacefully. I will stay away from him!! BEWARE a real RIP OFF!! Just do your homework before hiring an attorney for your family case, they all charge a lot, so at least you will expect someone decent, respectfully, not a racist and arrogant like Jonathan Daniel Wald
