Upon learning about my ex-wife's desire to seek to new direction, I consulted with Caryn and her team. At our first introductory meeting, I was very emotional and suffering from the realities of a newly initiated separation arrangement. Caryn and her team showed great empathy and care for my well-being, the well-being of my kids, and the well-being of my ex-wife. Prior to hiring Caryn, she provided a very clear and simple outline of the "Divorce" process, the personal/emotional considerations for the parties, and the role she and her team would play. Caryn highlighted that her role is to provide me with the facts, outline potential pitfalls, support my family in providing the best life for our kids, and assist me is staying connected to the process because of the wave of emotions that will be presented through the process. Caryn, Emily, and team delivered on all. At times through the process, I proposed strategies that competed and impacted multiple elements of the divorce proceedings, both Caryn and Emily provided the positives and negatives of the strategy and supported/executed my final decision. We completed the separation process and my ex-wife and I maintain a very healthy relationship and this outcome, in part, can be attributed to the guidance we received from Caryn and team. I want to thank Caryn, Emily, Frank, and team for the support, guidance, and graciousness showed to our family through this process. Caryn represented me (the wife) in my divorce and my ex-husband represented himself. I wanted this to be as easy as possible on both my ex and I. Caryn took the reigns on all the legal stuff but let me drive the negotiations. She advised me on what would be achievable if I ended up in court and helped me craft the language in all of our agreements to make it palatable to my ex, give me what I wanted, and keep me OUT of court. Ms. Stevens did a great job handling my divorce. She took the time to discuss my case. Educated me on the process and what to expect, and went over legal stratagies for the “just in case” scenerios. She did not gouge me from my deposit and was fair. From start to finish my divorce was finalized in a out two months. I was very happy with her work and her quick replies to anythinv I needed.
