He made sure we were well prepared at every step of the process, and gave us extensive lists detailing what documents were required. He was available for us when we needed, accommodating both phone conversations and in-person meetings promptly. Another nice feature of his service were his automated (or at least seemingly automated) messages documenting the progression of our application with USCIS.
