My parents had a terrible car accident they were hit by a drunk driver sustaining many injuries spending weeks in the hospital. Mr Searcy promised that he personally would represent my parents. That was a lie. My parents saw a lawyer named Adam as they signed this contract. This firm could not even get the full insurance from my parents Insurance policy. After my parents signed the contract the firm broke all promises... In the end it was about a quick buck! They were going to go after the bar Where the driver was drinking and research many things to achieve a fair payment...in the end couldn’t even Get my parents full insurance policy money from their policy. My parents had to pay the firm 1/3 of their own policy when in actuality they probably could’ve gotten the full payment and not paid anything out. The firm let my parents to believe this was $1 million or more case?!False promises great talkers and in the end we were just another ant in the pile. Buyer beware!

Following a horrific motorcycle accident my stepson was left basically alone with his insurance company. We sat up a meeting with Mr Searcy who introduced us to BORIS ZHADANOVSKIY an attorney with the firm. We had absolutely no idea how this meeting would impact not only my stepson life but our entire family. Boris was absolutely upfront with everything every step of the way.
