This was a three year battle where it seems fate was against us at most every turn up to and including the trial. My injuries from the accident were severe. The most depressing aspect is the arcane Florida laws. Mariano kept trying to find different ways to work with these negatives to help the case. His contacts to me were timely and he was accessible. The support staff was great also. I would use his services again, if I need a lawyer.
