Obviously, nobody and no service is perfect which is why I gave four stars. However, if you want empathy and people who listen to your issues and needs, then Andrew Neuwelt and Courtney Holmes are your go to people. I really feel I would not have gotten the care I got, which was not much, without an attorney on my side. The insurance companies care about saving money, and not about getting you care. I feel Andrew and Courtney really fought to get as much as they could allowed by Florida Law. Even after we exhausted my care options through the insurance, they fought to get me resources so I could continue my care after the closure of my case. Because of them, I will be able to get the surgery I am now being told I need from my own doctors.

Operates like a big corporation. Might as well go with Morgan & Morgan. 3 associates worked with me and many times person I'd be discussing case with didn't have a clue about past actions and plans going forward. I suffered a career ending injury and received about a years pay in settlement. Many times I'd leave messages and not hear from firm several days, feeling helpless, alone and in fear of a dismal future financially. As it turns out, I was correct in my concerns. Also, they will charge the full 1/3 percent of settlement. I was seen by one of their docs and was charged over $3000 from settlement. It was labeled office duties etc but just a way to get the full 1/3 percent of settlement. Also, instead of using post office they'll charge $30 to send through fed ex. Fed ex opened my porch screen door dropped envelope on floor and left. I paid $30 for some kid in a compact car to carelessly throw a substantial amount of money via check on my porch. It would've been significantly cheaper to send usps via certified mail. I was not impressed. Notice, if you will, almost all reviews are 5 stars. If that doesn't awaken you to something alarming, it should. No company ever gets perfect reviews, unless there's influence or just false narrative/input.

Andy and everyone in the office is very responsive and helpful if you have questions or need anything. I'd recommend these guys to anyone looking for great representation.

When I was reading all the reviews prior to signing up they seemed greater then belief. But to anyone looking for a Professional team a very dedicated team and very knowledgeable team look no further. Eric , Kim and Lisa are your team .Any team is only as good as their weakest link and this team is solid no weakest link here. I truly feel that their Law Office looks out for you and your Family 110%.

The attorney Judd is very thorough and knowledgeable. Lisa and the rest of the staff are always available and stay in constant communications in matters concerning the case
