I was in need of a good attorney firm someone that actually cares about there clients and not for what they can get out of them as in money I was hurt at work I have two cases with them and I read reviews on numerous firms and for some reason Franks Koening&Neuwelt seemed to be the best out of 30 . My attorney is Eric Lakind and my paralegals are Kim and Lisa and I will admit they are awesome no complaints no regrets Eric actually talked me like a person not like an attorney he made me think and surprisingly made a big impression on me for some one that has never done a worksmans Comp claim I didn’t know what to do or how to do it thank god for Eric and his team they know the ins and outs of this stuff and it was a great feeling to know I’m in good hands my first case we talked about and he told me exactly what was gonna happen and yes he was right they got me what he said he could do , and that case is now over and he is currently working on the second . If you want a firm that actually does care about you and not looking out for themselves , then you can’t ask for better than Eric Lakind and the law firm of Franks Koening & Neuwelt

Never used a lawyer in Florida before and when I started looking for one no one wanted to help me. When I Called the offices of franks,kenig,and neuwelt they were willing to talk to me. I explained my problem to them and they were willing to try to help me. After that talk everything went very well. They handle everything after that. I was so pleased with the results. If I ever needed a lawyer in Florida again these guys are the ones.

I had a workers comp case for my left foot that started in 2017. Eric Lakind was the attorney on the case, and i worked with Courtney Holmes and Diane Mathis as paralegals. For the 3 years that i was working with them, not only were they professional, but they cared about me. From the time I walked into the office and discussed my needs regarding my case I felt welcomed from an experienced firm that worked very hard for me and made my experience with my case very pleasant and with no stress. Kim and Lisa responded to all my numerous emails and phone calls I made to the office and I was immediately responded back with every answer to my questions and they were able to get my medical approvals very fast from insurance carriers.
