The stars of the whole universe aren’t enough for Jackie and her team. The amount of knowledge, diligence and efficiency that she has and maintains is not measurable. One of the best things that happened in my life is finding Jackie. She was able to give me my life back after my son’s father fled the U.S with my five year old son for 2 years and 3 months. If it wasn’t for her and her teams’ hard work I would have never been able to bring my son back home. She was and still is a pillar of support not only legally but also emotionally. I highly recommend finding a different law office. Initially, I was seeing an attorney that cost $450 an hour, much more than Jacqueline Spence. I couldn’t afford it any longer and thought Ms. Spence’s affordable prices were my saving grace. I wish I would’ve stuck with my previous attorney. Ms. Spence was extremely personable and professional during our consultation. Little did I know, I’d never be able to contact her again. Her staff was unresponsive and left a lot of my questions unanswered. They didn’t care about my individual case. Her paralegal is extremely unprofessional. I called on a few occasions and asked to speak with Ms. Spence and the paralegal refused contact with her. After I insisted on speaking with my lawyer, the paralegal began hanging up on me every time she heard my voice call. I requested a few amendments on my parenting plan regarding out of state moves— all of which were disregarded by the team. None of my concerns seemed to matter. My case didn’t matter. I was left without answers and poor communication the entire process. It took weeks to get back to my emails. I highly recommend sucking it up and paying for an attorney that has a better staff. I will be reporting the malpractice to the Florida BAR as the mannerisms and lack of professional etiquette in her practice were appalling.
