When you are in a battle over custody, Gerry Salerno is the attorney to turn to. He gets the job done in a fair, ethical and efficient manner. I spent so much time trying to obtain custody with no success. Gerry Salerno accomplished what needed to get done in just a few months. He is highly respected both in and out of the courtroom. There is no one I would trust to handle such a delicate and important matter more than Mr. Salerno. Gerry is a Lawyer that I would use in the future and I would definitely recommend him to friends or family in need of legal representation.

When I was in need of a modification to my divorce agreement, I didn't know where to go or what to do. I lived out of town and had a bad experience before hiring an attorney long distance. Mr. Salerno spoke with me in depth regarding my concerns and discussed my needs and wants. Was straight with me, never promised me anything that he wasn't comfortable asking for. He went above and beyond keeping me informed, answering all my questions and keeping me sane during a very stressful time. He was always available for me no matter what my question or concern. Even when everything changed at the last minute and we had to change everything and start over, he just pushed forward, kept me informed step by step. Mr. Salerno worked with my ex-husband and myself to finally come to a mutual agreement to save us both time and money. No words can express the gratitude and appreciation I have for him. I will defiantly use him again if needed and recommend him to others.

I just can't say enough about my experience with Gerald Salerno and his representation in my legal case. First of all I have to say that I don’t like lawyers, and I have never written a review. This being said, I have to write this review because for the first time, I was able to find someone and discovered a true attorney. I had a big legal problem, a short amount of time and little money. Mr. Salerno was kind and he explained every step of the process and was always concerned about my case. He is a humane person that treats you with respect and dignity and sees you as a victim in a legal matter, not as a number or a commodity. Mr. Salerno not only reviewed my papers, but explained the process in a way that I could understand. We worked out a reasonable retainer and a payment plan. Many lawyers out there will never meet you in person; you just deal with assistants and secretaries. When I had questions, Mr. Salerno always accepted my calls several times in the evening or on the weekend. Mr. Salerno is there for you and allows you to have control over your case. I will definitely recommend Gerald Salerno. This guy is very smart and will always explain to you the whole picture, in order for you to make an informed decision. I was able to receive a positive outcome for my case.

I have and give nothing but the greatest respect and confidence in attorney Salerno. When I called him regarding my situation he was very understandimg and knowledgeable. Mr Salerno never made me feel my case was not important to him, he took my case which started as a simple case (but become complicated) and never once postpone or delay it in anyway.
