Dana is an excellent lawyer and excellent person. Majority of FL lawyer do not give a sh….. about you or your family. They would make you homeless. Older man next me lost $120K from $210K saved all his life. Please, go & talk to them free. They have a license legally rub us. Please, do not rush, do your homework. I myself lost $40K before finding Dana.

This office staff is so unresponsive. Ms. Pechersky has terrible bed side manners, she never responds to emails and if you call she is never available. How am I supposed to get anything resolved. She responds quickly when she gets the case but as soon as she receives her money she totally disappears. This has been a nightmare! Responding to the owner- Ask your office staff!!!

I highly recommend Dana. My process was smooth and fast, she was always available, quick response and very knowledgeable. And the best, she is very honest. It was a very good experience.

There is no way I could describe my appreciation for all Dana did for not only me, but for my child. I went through a lot, and it was an extremely difficult divorce, but Dana was there. She was ALWAYS there! Not only did she have compassion for my child, me, our case, but she would always explain everything in detail and asked my thoughts and kept me informed about everything. My situation was very complicated and took over two years due to the opposing party – Dana never once gave up on me. I remember her even mentioning she was at a conference and was going to try and track down the defendant’s attorney if they were there. She is the REAL DEAL!
