I fully recommend the doctor, from the first moment I felt that she connected with my needs regarding the case. All the time she was very clear about the procedure to be followed, very honest about the options, at the time of the mediation she met previously with me and explained to me what the process would be like, which saved me a lot of time to the process in addition to money. For some, Divorce proceedings are not as simple as it might seem, even though all the tools are available on line, sort of Do-It- Yourself approach, this is not a quick fix as if one were changing a water faucet, a lighting fixture, or other home project. The forms alone might not bee what we need to fill, or maybe one can fill the wrong forms and complicate the process, especially when children are in involved, or when it comes to dividing property and other arrangements. In my case, I did not have the time to spend sorting the forms, filing them and following up on the progress with the Court by phone, email or in person. I contacted several Law Firms and the most helpful of all was Dana Pechersky. I made an appointment to meet with her a week later, we discussed my situation in depth, she suggested a plan of action that made sense and my impression of her was spot on; she is knowledgeable, resourceful, highly ethical and represents her clients with the highest professionalism. My divorce was finalized recently and without any problems along the way, it was the smoothest procedure because she made it that way. In a world where everyone claims to be the best, only those who know, like Dana, stand out. It was great and reassuring to have had her on my case. After interviewing at least 5 other lawyers to handle my divorce, I finally decided to work with Dana and her team (even if I was a little skeptical to hire a female lawyer at the beginning), and I'm glad I took that decision. A divorce can be (and it my case it was) a very stressful process, but Dana and her team treated me all the time with professionalism and understanding, making a very difficult situation a little easier.
