I must say that it was a pleasure speaking with Attorney Kaplan. My appointment was at a certain time. He actually called me during his break not to rush the conversation but to give me more time to explain the situation. He was extremely attentive and did not rush me to speak. Afterwards he explained to me in detail what I can do by law. He is very passionate, patient, and well knowledgeable. Upon releasing the line I felt very reassuring that I was making the right decision.
