Full disclosure, the attorney you are reading this review about just happens to be my husband. I have consulted with him, effectively hiring him to do anything and everything legal, financial, real estate related and otherwise. This is not a "please consider my husband" testimonial, but rather a synopsis from a former practicing attorney in the field with an objective view as it relates to the kinds of deals Jason Kapit handles. I know firsthand how difficult real estate transactions can be. Having practiced family law for almost a decade, much of the focus was concentrated around the division of assets, ultimately requiring the household residence to be sold. Having Jason Kapit handle these types of sensitive deals, with not only a keen understanding of real estate but also a legal perspective (contract language, negotiation), especially in the fraud-filled South Florida environment, was a welcomed sigh of relief for clients who were emotionally drained during such an arduous process.
