About one year ago I moved to South FL and I was facing a divorce law suit, and came across xxx law firm while I was looking for an advice on what should be my next step and what were my options. I already had hired an attorney, but I soon realized that his mentality was more of "going in and get what we can get " and "get some child support" and him getting his fees paid attitude. I was not very happy with his attitude to say the least. I went in for an advice from Dana, and she kindly took the time to explain to me my real options, pros/cons of each situation so I went in eyes wide open and fighting for them. I ended up hiring her instead as soon as I realized that she is competent, thorough, empathetic, responsive, and responsible. She is honest and hard-working. She does not simply just know the law, she has great instincts and understands human nature, very compassionate and comforting throughout my very trying time with this divorce while keeping a very professional and focused eye on the best outcome for me. Now my divorce is finally over, in decent terms, but had it not been for her knowledge and use of the law, and her winning attitude, this would have ended differently. Her judgment and advice have been invaluable to me. I have and will continue to highly recommend Dana to anyone in need of an attorney. Work is done for the good of the client, not for the good of her billable. Advice is given to resolve matters, in the best way possible, not to inflame and perpetuate conflict.

I would like to take a moment and review The Law Firm Of Dana Pechersky (My Divorce Lawyer). As if Divorce isn't a terrifying, horrible thing to go through to begin with... this law firm made it so easy and comforting! I really have nothing but the best things to say about this law firm. I highly recommend them, especially if your going through an Uncontested divorce as I did. I used the expediting service and within 2 months everything was complete and totally worth the extra money. They kept in touch with me every step of the way too and always answered my questions quickly. I will definitely be recommending Dana to anyone going through a Divorce!
