Her legal fees were fair, She worked so hard to help me! She put me first. She responded to my requests within minutes and did what she said she would do, She is a great communicator and and continued updates throughout the process. She listened . I would highly recommend this attorney.

Mrs. Narvaez was incredibly helpful to me in a tenant-landlord dispute. She called me after 8:00 pm, less than 30 minutes after I sent her an email detailing my issue. She was very knowledgeable about the tenant-landlord law, and was thorough in her understanding of and response to my issues. She listened well and was incredibly warm and kind, as well as honest. She hand-modified a template for me to help with my issue, all as part of a consultation. If I need legal representation at any point in the future, I want to be represented by her, hands down. I feel more confident in my next steps. She also did not try to send me to court or force a paid consultation; she was honest in suggesting she is happy to represent me if I need it, but that she felt I would be better handling the situation myself if it does not escalate. She certainly did not have to. Unlike other lawyers I have encountered who do not return your calls, or who take several days to return a call or email, she responded literally IMMEDIATELY by phone, and she did not interrupt me to push a retainer fee; she listened carefully and was genuine, honest, and caring in her response.
