AMAZING LAW FIRM! Professional, detailed oriented, emphatic, outstanding Customer Service (the world & a lot of people are facing rough/challenging times). In need of more Law Firms and attorneys like the ones at Dell Disability. Now these days, finding amazing Customer Service can truly impact someone's life in a positive way. Even when my claim is new to Dell Disability Lawyers and Mr. Alex Palamara and his legal assistant, Danielle Lauria, I feel the need to recognized their marvelous job by issuing my review. Their workstyle and communication skills are excellent ones. I'm in shock! Not only they delivered an outstanding Customer Service, make you feel valued as a client, but in addition to all their extraordinary qualities/work-style, they are amazing human beings, emphatic, they listen to your concerns, answer your questions, take time out of their busy schedule to communicate with you and not be considered a bother to them. They keep you in the loop in regards to your claim status and would forward all the communications received by the insurance Co. as soon as they are get the communication. Unbelievable!! Extremely transparent with their transactions and excellent with communications. I'm extremely pleased with Dell Disability Lawyers, they aren't afraid of taking a difficult claim and the work required. I highly recommend this law firm and specially Mr. Palamara, my attorney. I was very happy with Dell Disability Lawyers. My lawyer, Jay, and assistant Sonia were great to work with. I never had a lawsuit requirement before and was worried but they took care of everything, kept me informed, were pleasant to work with and I really provided only a little information they did all the research and work. I am presently a 65 year old surgeon who was diagnosed with Meniere's Disease in early 2011. Following my first few episodes of disabling nausea, vomiting and vertigo, I strongly considered retirement, but felt that I was too young and "soldiered on" for many years while always fearful that one of these episodes would occur while performing surgery. I had always expected that these episodes would either resolve or decrease in frequency and severity. Although to some degree this was true, I continued to experience vertiginous episodes almost every 6 to 8 weeks which ultimately led to the decision, at age 63, to discontinue the practice of medicine and surgery. At the suggestion of my attorney, I contacted Steven Dell of Dell Disability Lawyers. Steven and his assistant, Merlin were kind, knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding of what I was going through. He carefully walked me through the disability process and ultimately, I was awarded the full amount dictated by my disability policy. My attorney, Stephen Jessup, and his paralegal Michal Mizrahi were amazing. I was denied LTD benefits, and they fought for me, filed an appeal, and got the the decision overturned. I received back benefits and am on claim now. They are both great to deal with, too. You can tell they actually care about their clients. Response time is always good, and they are always very thorough. I can't recommend them enough. When you are battling a disability you need someone strong in your corner. I'm so happy I found them!
