Excellent law firm. Stephen Jessup and his team have been wonderful to work with and extremely helpful with my case. My claim was approved on the first pass due to their excellent work. I would recommend anyone filing a disability claim to contact them first. They make the process so much easier.

I had disability insurance through work. I followed their requirements to the littlest detail. When my initial time was up- even though I have severe COPD I was denied. Crazy right. I contacted this law firm- it was so easy- I got a return call from a lawyer- from that point on- they took over my case. They submitted my appeal to insurance company- an I was approved. I didn’t have the knowledge it took to submit the appeal. The insurance company knew that. They didn’t want to continue to pay- even tho I continue to be disabled. I appreciate everything this law firm has done for me. Communication with them has been so easy. I am proof what they do works.

Awesome is all I say. I am going through medical hardship and was denied by the LTD insurance. I did not know what to do, due to unable to return to the only job I've loved. I was very happy with Dell & Company. Just be sure to read all the paperwork and comprehend what the cost is. Yes, they won my case....but my check from Cigna (now New York Life) was already very small. But paying 1/3 of an already small check is a heavy price to pay. I believe the amount withheld should be prorated. If you were being paid a lot to begin with 1/3 isn't as hurtful. Don't get me wrong, something is better than nothing ! Just make sure that you know what you are signing. For me Dell forced Cigna to get a third Doctors opinion...that Doctor sided with me. I'm grateful for what Dell did for me. But after winning I realized 1/3 for 25 years is a very big deal.

I have nothing but great things to say about this law firm.
