I contacted D&S regarding my claim with Liberty Mutual. I was out on disability for 11 years and was helped to get back on claim. I can’t Thank Rachel and her helpful Legal assistant Machal , my disability case was stopped by the Insurance company on Veterans Day 2016 so at that point I was in a state of Panic, Christmas Time and rent due with no Money, Stupid me did each level of administrative appeal and no matter how much medical proof I submitted, in turn Cigna kept playing Games and saying that if I submit an updated MRI, My case would spin around. Finally in January I said no more games and I called Dell and Schaefer, Instantly I was on the Phone with Rachel Alters and gave her the details, from that moment I was more relaxed, One big help was I scanned and emailed the case, that saved 3 extra weeks in the mail, Anyone reading this and is sick and tired of getting Letters from the Disability Company with mandatory office notes, Please call Dell and Schaffer and ask for Rachel, it shows with her attention to detail and concern for her clients.
