I had a disability insurance claim with Sedgwick and AT&T. I had hear nightmare stories about Sedgwick and after my claim was denied I immediately hired Gregory Dell at Dell & Schaefer. Greg explained the Appeal process to me and gave me reasonable expectation. Over a period of a year we won an appeal and then Sedgwick would deny me again. We finally won our last appeal and now I am getting paid. Mr. Dell did a ton of work for me and he was always available to answer my questions. He would respond to emails within minutes and always return my calls. I was very worried about getting paid, but I always felt good knowing that Mr. Dell was fighting for me and continuing to tell me what Sedgwick would try to do next to deny my claim.
