If I could give Michael and the rest of his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. After an accident (where I was NOT at fault) that left me with no car because it was totaled, injuries that left me in pain and unable to walk (I'm all better now), and like I just didn't matter -- I started my journey with a different "big name" law firm, where I felt invisible and essentially like another name in and endless paper shuffle. It was almost impossible for me to talk to a person and and get my questions answered or get a call back. The best thing I did for myself was look for a new lawyer. I was shocked at how Michael and Alex took the time to listen to me and answer all the questions I had on just the first consult call we had, which lasted over an hour. In just one phone call, when I wasn't even a client yet(!!!), I felt more like "family" and not just another case aka $$ for the firm. Every interaction after that has continued to be professional, heartwarming, and pleasant and within a timely manner. All my questions have been answered along the way with much patience and compassion because believe me, I've had many questions. Thank you Michael, Alex, Donna & Team :) <3 TLDR; You matter here and this is a Team you can trust. 10/10 would recommend!
