Shane was able to help me navigate a difficult divorce all the way through final hearing. Along the way, he handled many issues for myself and problems with opposing counsel in a quick and concise manner. During mediation, Shane provided invaluable feedback on aspects of the negotiations, and also quite direct when there were aspects that I needed consider. Given how emotional a divorce can be, having a lawyer that will “tell you how it is” is crucial. Shane also helped dividing assets that were more complex than usual, and worked with opposing counsel when the opposing lawyers calculations were incorrect.
