Went through mediation over custody of my daughter who was 11 months old. The agreement was garbage, but Shane kept telling me I should settle because I might get worse in court and he told me he wouldn't support me in court because he didn't want to drive out to that county (30 min away), he also told me he didn't think I could afford him if we went to court. Not only was my naive self settling because this idiot didn't care about my daughter's future and her custody with the man that tried to kill her mother, the contract was based on male Believe, I didn't know by law you could make a contract based on imagination! How amazing, to take my money on the unreal. he let me sign that I would get minimal support on terms dad went to school in the future. Which I told him would never happen and guess what ... It didn't happen. But there's no clause to say what he should pay! Unforgivable. I'm going back to court to fix this ridiculous contract Shane had me sign. Oh and the cherry on top, he was so rushed to get out of there so he could get to his soccer match. Grow up bro. At least hide that from me, you ruined my life and my daughter's life. Her overnights shouldve never been taken from me before 1 year as we were breast feeding. But you were too concerned about your extracurriculars. Going back to court this spring.... Will not be rehiring this joke.

All tough talk and lots of money later but becomes unprepared and weak during mediation. Had to hire another lawyer to fix his mistakes and she did a great job and had backbone and toughness unlike Shane. Once again. Lots of talk but when it came time for action weak

Attorney Shane Herbert and Jin are the best, hands down! 100% Recommend!! Shane is honest and genuine with every bit of himself. I felt heard, and understood-it is obvious that Shane is experienced. He tells it how it is and what to expect and keeps you posted through process. They are a friendly and truly knowledgeable. Communications with the office were always timely between Jin and Shane. I always had a response, never felt like I was left hanging. They both kept me informed every step of the way. It made a stressful process much easier knowing he was in my corner.
