If you need a personal injury lawyer in Winter Garden, then you would regret not calling this small firm. Tina works with just a couple of other lawyers and they were all fantastic. I screwed up my knee pretty badly after a motorcycle accident on Highway 50 near Clermont. The other guy was speeding but his insurance company said that he wasn't doing anything wrong, tried to blame me, said that I wasn't really injured, etc, etc. That all fell apart when they laid out exactly what happened in the accident from the police report, witnesses, photos, what I told her, what my doctors said, etc. I was impressed and can't complain at all about the check in my hands at the end of the case. You should call them for your free consult because they are awesome.

I can't explain the fear of receiving a phone call that your child has been in a car accident. Thank GOD he didn't have worse injuries. But he needed emergency surgery for a broken leg. The only calm that I felt was knowing that Tina Willis & her brilliant team had the legal case fully handled for me. Our case was not open and shut but they made the process very smooth. That part was zero stress which helped us focus on our son's healing and recovery. Not only were they professional, but also compassionate when that's what we needed. My son's settlement was well above my expectations. I hope no one ever has an accident. But if that happens, I promise this is the law firm to call without hesitation.

No communication and no results. Constantly having to chase him and he would claim “didn’t get message” or the same with an email. We had an open and shut case which he couldn’t handle. $2000 wasted. If you need a family attorney go somewhere else. 3.8 on his reviews is over-inflated.

I worked with Todd and he was exceptional and exceeded my expectations in every way. He is that one-of-a-kind human being, and superstar lawyer. I was fully impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. He educated me about how they prove the case where I had misconceptions about the process. He often went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with all aspects of the settlement, as well as explaining how every dollar was calculated, in the end. Tina is very down-to-Earth, which I thought was refreshing and surprising for a lawyer. She grew up in Winter Garden and I think people from around here are more laid back. But she transformed into someone I wouldn't want on the other side of any battle when the insurance adjuster entered the room. She and her partner focus more on serious accidents but I think they would handle any case like the best professionals. Every part of the case was well-organized & well-executed. I don't ever want to come back. But it feels good knowing lawyers who would always have my back if I needed them again. Highly recommended!

Our daughter was erroneously given a traffic ticket in Orlando. The Umansky Firm was nothing but great getting the case dismissed. Q is a real go-getter. We considered the ticket clinic but ultimately... you get what you pay for. It was an unfortunate event but I have nothing but nice things to say about the firm.
