In 2021 I was hit by a car while out on a ride with my wife. Bike Law was highly recommended by other local cyclists and with good reason. I am very thankful that I reached out to Wilborn Law. Rachael was my first contact and it was clear early on that, as a cyclist, she really understood what we were dealing with. Working with Peter and Rachael has been the only easy part of my crash and recovery. This entire group is kind, compassionate and determined. They are cyclists as well with a singular law focus so they really understand the reality of dealing with insurance companies and the emotional toll as well. When I had my bike accident I had the opportunity to hire a friend of a friend at a discounted rate. In May of 2022, I was hit by an ATV during an Ironman race in Panama City Beach, FL. I broke 8 ribs, had facial lacerations, and other injuries. Plus, my bike was battered.
