Outstanding service, we have dealt with Mr. Chilton for years and highly recommend this firm.

Mr. Blankenship, seemed nice in the beginning. But I was fooled by him and his staff. They are very unprofessional they never return your calls,I never talked to Mr. Blankenship after the first time. I never met or seen him. He took over a year and i could have done a better job representing myself. I sat in jail for over a month and when I went to court finally he was a no show and also my next court date was going to be till April and It was only January. So I had to fire him in the courtroom I wanted to get my case resolved that day. So this is a warning to everybody.not to waste your money,time or heartache this so called joke of a poor excuse of a attorney that I will never recommend him to anyone I know or even a enemy he has caused me and my fiance a lot of stress and money(1500). But I'm taking this complaint as far as I need to. We want our money refunded to us.

Blankenship was instrumental in the divorce of my biological Mother and Father. Blankenship did everything my Father asked of him, in and out of Court. That is what I recall my Dad telling me afetet several Court appearances, during the late 90's.

Don’t make the mistake of hiring him, you will regret it!! I hired him 2 years ago for my divorce case, after he took my $3,000 deposit, never responded any calls, I called, went to his office and after two years and almost loosing custody of my kids, I had to hire a different attorney, to finish my case and lost all my money. Worst attorney ever and his assistant just as bad.
