Does not communicate with client ,called and email but no response. I even called the supervisor to report and still no outcome.

The first time I used them, they were absolutely amazing. Proper and fast settlement. The second time? Couldn’t get in touch with my counsel, or anyone in his office for over a week. I couldn’t believe it, considering the first time. I gave them more time, and finally got in touch with Client Experience. They told me it would be 24-48 hours before I heard from the lawyer or their office, AFTER the phone call to CE. Ridiculous, considering I’d already been waiting over a week, and was in an extreme amount of pain. I turned my case over to Farah and Farah, and I’m glad i did. Might use Morgan and Morgan again someday, but it’ll be a long time.
