Could not help me

Customer service is awful. Request to speak with an attorney was denied.calls are answered by staff who are not attorneys who decide whether or not to take a case. I am reporting them to the Florida bar. Do not call them. They will waste hours of your time and the people answering the phones are clueless. Addendum: my uncle had developed 4 bedsores while in an area hospital. At least 2 of the bedsores were stage 4, which means bone and muscle can be seen. Prior to being admitted to the psychiatric unit of this area hospital, he was ambulatory and had no bedsores. He left the facility in diapers and in a wheelchair. Not only did this firm refuse to take the case (they explain that they are sorry they can not take every case), but they refused to let me speak with an attorney. What really broke my heart was the incompetent person who answered the phone and what he put my aunt through, asking her repetitive questions and keeping her on phone for about an hour, even though we informed this person she had just had two strokes. Heartless. Morgan and Morgan: For the money! Definitely not for the people. Hospice nurses were appalled at the wounds and took pictures. When my aunt is ready, she will seek help from a competent firm. If anyone knows a good, honest, compassionate and competent attorney, please leave comment here.

Seems to take on, only easy win cases

I've been trying to talk someone for my free legal consultation for 2 weeks now and nothing! Some intern or low rung on the ladder will call me back saying that the department is still busy but that a legal expert will call me back. They'll set up a phone appointment and I NEVER get a phone call on said appointment date & time. Waste of time. Bigger is not always better.

Morgan and Morgan cannot serve all the people

Unfortunately big doesn't automatically imply better. The two instances I've needed legal assistance they provide I was refused. Each time I was refused I sought assistance elsewhere. Each time my cases were accepted by other law firms.
