Brandi at Brooks Law took really great care of my case. It was a little confusing at first because the original person on my case was switched but never let me know. However once that was straightened out they took care of keeping me updated as things progressed. It took a little longer than I would've liked but at no fault to Brooks Law. After the hurricane, the adjuster began communicating less and less making it hard to negotiate an offer but now that things are finally settled I couldn't be happier. Though I pray I'll never have to use there services again, I highly recommend Brooks Law Group.
