Have you ever walked into a courtroom wishing you had the other guys attorney? Well, that's exactly what happened to me. I was involved in a car accident a while back and Brooks Law Group represented the other side. On the day of mediation, the Brooks Law Group attorney walked into the room, and began to describe to us exactly what we would hear him say in the courtroom if we chose to take the case to trial. I was extremely impressed with this presentation, and not looking forward to going up against him in court. Apparently, neither were the attorneys that represented me... the case was settled in Brooks Law Groups favor! Not only did the Brooks law Group attorney seem to have a better grasp of the facts and law, I noticed something else that caught my attention. He seemed very close to his client always explaining things and comforting her. The attorney the insurance company hired to represent me did not seem to give a hoot about me. Although he “owed me a duty” to represent my best interests he always seemed to be more interested in pleasing the insurance company, almost like the insurance company was telling “my attorney” what to do . That didn’t sit well with me. On the other hand, observing the Brooks Law Group attorneys made such an impression on me I decided to post this review. The Brooks Law Group attorneys not only know what they are doing, but they do it in a way that there client seemed comforted and informed. When I have choice, I am choosing Brooks law Group.
